Super Cellar had the best selection in Dubai and was competing on the same terms as everyone else — price, proximity, convenience. The category was a race to the bottom and they were winning the wrong race.
We asked a different question: what if the mission was to make Dubai a better drinking city? Not a store that sells alcohol, but one that builds culture around it. The repositioning touched everything — naming, visual identity, in-store experience, editorial voice.
The result was a brand that felt genuinely different in a market that had stopped trying to be. A store that earns loyalty not through loyalty cards but through the quality of the conversation.
